Scripps Video Visits is an online appointment with video. It gives you the trusted medical advice you need in real-time—during office hours for primary care or specialty care and seven days a week for minor illnesses and injuries through HealthExpress. Video Visits are available to patients with a MyScripps account and cost the same as a regular PCP visit or specialist visit under your medical plan option. Three types of video visits are available through the MyScripps health portal: • S ame-day care on-demand with Scripps Clinic or Scripps Coastal Medical Center primary care providers. • S ame-day care on-demand with HealthExpress providers. • S ame-day care with an appointment time with HealthExpress providers. Telehealth Telehealth services allow you to visit with board certified doctors, therapists and other healthcare providers by phone or video giving you convenient access to get care quick for non-urgent medical concerns. Doctor on Demand (Scripps HMO Members) Scripps HMO members have access to Doctor on Demand by Included Health. With Doctor On Demand, you can connect anytime, anywhere with a doctor, therapist, or psychiatrist on your smartphone, tablet, or computer. All it takes is a few minutes to set up your account for access to U.S.-based, board-certified providers from anywhere you have an internet connection. Whether you need late-night care or weekly therapy, get top-rated providers for you and your dependents whenever and wherever you need it. The cost for medical care and therapy visits is a $25 copay per visit. Scripps EPO members have access to LiveHealth Online. With LiveHealth Online, virtual care doctors are available on your schedule from your mobile device. LiveHealth Online doctors can diagnose hundreds of conditions, follow up on previous care, and write prescriptions. You can also access mental health care through video visits. The cost for medical care and therapy visits is a $25 copay per visit.
