If you are a Scripps Health employee, while you will need to click the accept button, you are not bound by the Scripps HIE Acceptance of Terms and Use. Rather, by clicking the Accept button, you are expressly acknowledging that you understand that your use of the HIE will be governed by Scripps Health's policies and procedures.
